Vioray Owned by Shroff Family is one of the most renowned families of Deoghar. Vioray is a reputed real estate developer known for their transparency in conducting business and their sincerity in fulfilling commitments.
First to introduce the concept of a structured market in Deoghar, the Shroff family launched Luxmi Market in the mid 70s. Today Luxmi Market is the largest wholesale market in Santhal Pargana. The Shroff family also introduced modern housing in Deoghar for the first time in the early 80s with the launch of Chetna Apartment, a residential project made up of several well designed flats and bunglows. During the early 90s, the group also developed the first commercial building of Deogarh, the LIC Building. Having developed several market places: Pandey Bari, Azad Chowk, Bhairav Market among the others, The Group have also been involved in several major real estate transactions in Deoghar.
Vioray in the year 2010 changed the way Deoghar Shops, eats and entertains with the launch of Vioray Mall. The first organised retail destination of Deoghar housing several retailers, Multiplex, food court, offices and entertainment zones. The Group is commited to improve the lives with its passion and dedication to do the same.
The group enetered into the hospitality business in 2016 with a Banquet services named Central Banquets now named as Vioray Banquets, since then it has expanded its wings to Vioray Gardens, Vioray Food Adda, Vioray Inn. The group is also looking to expand its entertainment wings with expansion of Play Houzz now known as Vioray E cube.
